On COM.PACK to talk about sustainability and innovation
The starting point was Ipack-Ima 2025, where we continued to disseminate our development strategy focused on sustainability, with aluminium-free single-material recyclable films and 97% of waste sent for recovery.
At COM.PACK we talked about how we believe that digitisation and innovation must be closely linked in order to be mutually supportive.
And it is also from this synergy that we have today achieved the complete interconnection of production processes for flexo and rotogravure printing, at the ESA System for rotogravure printing with dedicated Mixing Stations, but also at the Pop7 Technology (heptachrome) developed with Esko with the aim also of reducing the inks used (from 10 to 7).
In our 50th anniversary year we do the maths and draw some conclusions.
With:
- Over 250 employees
- 100+ million turnover
- 15,000 square metres of warehouses
- 3 gravure, 8 flexo lines
- 11 process and sustainability certifications
- 80% ‘ready to recycle’ products
we can say without fear of contradiction that we are positioned as a leader in sustainable flexible packaging innovation, focusing on production efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
