It will be one of the biggest innovations we will show at Interpack (D\u00fcsseldorf, May 4 \u2013 10): the result of an innovative project bringing together a supply chain of excellence to achieve a revolutionary process (and product).<\/p>\n
At our booth (Booth B11, Hall 8A) you will be able to view samples of oneBARRIER PrimeCycle packaging in its new stick pack format: the innovative, recyclable mono-material polymer-based structure with excellent barrier properties.
As the result of a collaboration between BOBST and first-class partners, PrimeCycle is an EVOH-free, topcoat-free high-barrier PE solution which represents an advantageous alternative to metallized polyester film.<\/p>\n

Samples are printed by Poplast thanks to the oneECG gravure printing process: the extended color gamut BOBST technology that ensures maximum color uniformity, minimizes waste and halves machine downtime compared to traditional CMYK + Spot color printing.
That\u2019s another great innovation we will tell you more about later.<\/p>\n
All oneBARRIER samples on show at Interpack have been processed and printed on production machines: this ensures that both quality and barrier performance of the packaging will be maintained during each subsequent processing step.
The products are therefore tested and ready to be marketed.<\/p>\n
