These new provisions take effect on 15 July 2023.<\/p>\n<p>With the aim of complying with Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 and Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, the <strong>Poplast Group<\/strong> has established a dedicated channel through which to report possible unlawful acts by employees, collaborators, managers and directors.
